- Login credentials and active sessions
- Push notification tokens
- Personal vehicles and preferences
- Links between analytics identifiers and your account
What data may be retained?
The existing privacy policy specifies the following retention periods. Data is destroyed or anonymised once its retention period ends.
- Account data for handling claims – 1 year after closure.
- Payments, fuel transactions and invoices – 10 years from the transaction; balance records – 10 years after closure, for accounting purposes.
- Location history – up to 12 months, except for investigations and claims.
- Login logs and device data – up to 24 months after the last login.
- Correspondence and claims – up to 3 years after correspondence ends.
