Drivitty helps companies manage fuel costs, drivers and payments in one system. Instead of physical fuel cards and several separate tools, you get a single app showing fuel prices and company operations in real time. Registering a company takes just a few minutes. Enter your company code, confirm the matched company and fill in your basic details. Once your account is created you can immediately invite drivers, set their limits and start using the system. Since there are no physical fuel cards to produce or ship, you can make your first fill within minutes of registering.
No. Drivitty works across Lithuania's popular fuel networks, so drivers can fuel up through one system at different stations. Drivitty currently works at Circle K, VIADA, Baltic Petroleum and Abromika networks. You can see all active stations on the app's map.
An administrator can set individual monthly and per-fill limits for each team member. The system automatically checks limits before every fill and prevents exceeding them. The administrator sees each driver's limit, amount used and remaining balance. Limits can be adjusted at any time, and changes appear in the driver's app instantly.
Every fuel fill is registered automatically. A company can pay with its Drivitty balance, a bank card or via Klix. All fuel operation data is collected in one place, so there's no need to gather paper receipts or reconcile different documents. Administrators can review transactions, manage payments and download invoices at any time. One invoice covers every fill of the month.
Fueling happens directly in the app. The driver selects the station, payment method, amount, fuel type and pump number, then confirms the order. After confirmation the system activates the fill and lets fueling begin. Once finished, all information is saved automatically in the transaction history and shown in the system immediately.
